JinJin... sense of adventure, fun, and CAUTION

Ok, if you were reading my blog yesterday, you will know that it was a whole day dedicated to my mama.  And so I figured, why stop now?!  Let's just keep the Jinnie train a'rolling!
Our annual trip to Canton has become a must do bonding vacay for me and mom and Staci and some of my cousins.  Of course, going to Canton means you must take your cart.  And naturally, your cart liner.  And there is the all important cart pocket to hold all your must haves.  And the iron cup holder to attach to your cart.  Good ol' Jinnie KNOWS how to put a Canton cart together!

Know what else she taught me on the Canton trip?!
Always do a thorough check for bedbugs.  Yep.  Thanks, mom, for totally grossing me out and for making me totally paranoid now to stay in a hotel room without dismantling the bed and doing a thorough investigation!
These are the cousins I was referring to.  They probably have a pretty bad case of bedbugs, cause they don't stay with Jinnie and don't know to check their hotel bed.
Hey Cherry, you itching now?!
About, oooohhh, maybe 5 years ago, JinJin and all of her sisters began thinking they needed to rent scooters to get around on while on the grounds.  And, well... this idea has stuck!
Jinnie makes us get up around 5am to get ready and to the Canton Trade Days at the buttcrack of dawn to ensure that a) we are parking with the vendors and only a stone's throw from the main gate.  And b) that she gets her scooter.  They sell out pretty early sometimes.
I think I've already shown these photos, but I had to share this one again.  OK, so look at the length of my elbow to hand  And THAT is a dressing room.  Don't drop anything!
Mom does a great job of acting totally interested in this man's dog and carrier so that I can snap a picture of this hilarious set up.  I cannot imagine Lizzie Girl in an infant carrier.  Canton is HOT.  Canton is CROWDED.  And Canton is HARD ON YOUR BODY.  So, why oh why, can't you wait til you get home to love on your pets?!  Oh well, to each his own!
Another good reason to travel with JinJin is that she knows when I need a picture of an idea I'd like to replicate, she can smoothe ride  her little cart over in front of it and look back and smile and pretend to be posing.  Good job, JinJin!
She's a trooper.  I love that she is still so young at heart.  I hope I am still keeping up with my girls when I am JinJin's age.  Wait.  I'll be going to watch them dance at halftime at the high school!  hahaha.  The glories of being an "older mama".  One more Jinnie blog coming... a tour of her house.  Even she didn't know I had that one in my photo album!

How could I NOT comment on a Canton post??!!!?? Ok, so seriously, posing in front of craft ideas so you can get a picture??!! That's a GREAT idea and HILARIOUS! I will remember that one, for sure!! You know my secret on the Canton dressing rooms? I wear a cami and an easy on/off jacket or shirt, and then I just rip it off right there in front of everybody and try on the shirts! ha! Rip off the shirt, NOT the cami!!!!

Your mom is awesome! Love the bed bug check (I'm totally grossed out by hotels). What's her method? You should have a JinJin guest post!
