The World's Largest Waterslide.

Another way my girls are so different.  Gabbi loves little "treasures".  Like, for instance, this shell.  She loves to find something small and typically round and smooth, and carry it around like she's protecting an egg.  Like a mama bird.  And that was the case with this shell!
Ellie, on the other hand, couldn't care less about small trinkety things or really anything inside at all!  She wants to be where the action is.
And more importantly, where the TWEENS are!!
She is so in her element when she is with Amiee and Emma Lou.  Gabs is just happy to be there.
Or especially to be with her best pal, KK!
Or CoCo.  She'll take either one of them!! And since this was seriously the world's largest water slide, Gabbi had to be carried up time after time, and even rode on CoCo's back for many trips up!  Bless their hearts.  Those babysitters LOVE my babies!!
But every once in a while, Gabbi would attempt the trek all by herself.  But CoCo was never far behind.  She wasn't going to let our baby girl slip!
Aimee is just about the sweetest little girl I have ever met.  She is so generous and helpful to my girls.  AND , she got a text from her daddy daily.  This made my husband's heart swell.  He'd say, "Are you really texting your daddy?"  I think he thought it's gonna be neat when his girls are away and yet they still wanna stay in touch with him!!  Lane, you two are a lot alike!
Aimee and Emma even came back to the room, and reportedly googled this waterslide to find out that it is INDEED the largest in the world.
Didn't scare my little daredevils!!

Nope.  She loved it!!  And could do it all by herself.
Gabs needed a little bit of help.  She wasn't scared to come down, but I think her sitters felt better being with her.
in whatever old position they landed in!
And they had fun too.   Don't even let them fool ya.  This "duty" wasn't a bad gig!
Emma and Aimee had a blast too.

and once more for GG!!
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!
Ouuuut of control!!
Yeeeehaaaw.

This waterslide was just another fun thing that the Beach Club had available for kids to play on every day.
for $10 each, the girls had the opportunity to play on several inflatable thingies all day long.
And after all that, a girl needs to rest!
Been in the water long, Ellie!??

Those girls had a ball!!  They loved it, and I had a day free to chill and read and drink fruities on the beach, knowing that my girls were being attended to extremely well. Thanks, Katelyn and Courtney!

That slide looks like a blast. The girls look so little coming down it...but never fear, they seem so brave!!

What a blast! If you come to WI this summer, you should take them to Noah's Ark. They would just love it!
I love that you captured Ellie's pruned up feet.
