Sweet sisters.

Man, D, are you ever right? I am keeping busy down here !!! And when I get home, it is straight into high gear I go, as anyone who owns their own business can attest, there is ALWAYS something going on that needs your attention! For that reason, I thought I'd slow it down tonight with some beddy-bye pictures. The girls winding down, coloring in a coloring book. How sweet is that?! Judging by the light coming through the window, I am assuming this is nap time. Mary Allison (and KK!) are masters at getting the girls to nap! Gabbi Girl will say, "I want to go to sleep". She may be in the pool or whatever, and when the mood hits, she wants her nap! Ellie Sue... another story entirely!!

You have to FOOL her into going upstairs. And then cajole her into getting into a tee shirt or gown, and then tell her she just needs to "rest" a little. ... NOT "nap" or "go to sleep" or anything eluding to the fact she'll need to actually close her eyes!

And D, just email me you address and I'll send you your anklet. Consider it the same as a bracelet, and send $25 + $6 for shipping. Sorry for that strange interruption! (mojoy@att.net)

Our family photos were kinda crazy! NOT gonna be our best ones, that's for sho! But, we still have three more days, so we can try again! Excited to see so many comments lately, and seriously, since I have been blogging numerous times a day, the views to my blog have increased by around 1,000. Is that nuts or what?! Just wish I could do this on a permanent basis. Seems like we always have something going on! I'll be back in the morning. Loading up new pics tonight!

That bit about Ellie reminds me of my nephew when I was babysitting while his sister was in the hospital. Jaxon had never spent the night away from his mom before, so "going to sleep" caused great tears! So I'd tell him that I was going to sleep and he could just lay by me. He'd remind me several times, "Not going to sleep, Kaia, " before he drifted off. Love that kid!

I am a Gabbi-type these days. When I get tired, I nap. Period. Love my naps!

Meant to ask.....What did you think about those earrings? Can you make them? Oh, that was a stupid question....., of course you can, you can do ANYTHING!

Ahhhhh...as a mom I loved when my kids napped. It gave me a little break and refreshed them. I loved to snuggle with them when they first awakened.
