Playin in the art room.

If you are my facebook friend, you have seen one of these pics as my profile pic. I just couldn't resist! This crazy nut found my new boots, stuck her tiny legs in them and came in sportin' some thigh highs!
And don't you think this girl ain't feelin' FINE!!
Her latest craze... "helping" me organize my stamp drawer! I know I've mentioned this before, but seriously, she takes this job very seriously!
I dread it when she even heads in the direction of my stamp drawer. By now, it is all just a happy memory. The "organized" drawer, that is!
Oh, and with this photo, might I take a moment to thank all who emailed me regarding boots and where to find them. Ellie is now informing me she wants "light pink" and "turquoise" boots too! And snekcip.... YES!! I want them!!! Send them asap!! I'll email you soon!
Have I shown you my art room lately?! Check out my fabric... all organized and ready for a fabric weekend retreat! And I don't even sew! There's WAY more things to do with fabric, my friends!!
And here's' PAINT! I have decided my first retreat will involve paint, canvases, wooden bangle bracelets, a chipboard mini scrapbook, and a "word of the year" decoupaged plaque. It is going to be offered in March. Anybody interested?!
I'm just seeing how many of you actually read the words. Staci and Emily have told me they don't! Too bad for them!
Hey, Breanna, do you see all my little labels? Are you proud of your "orange personality" friend?! Gooo ME!!
I can't even SNEAK into this room! If the girls can't find me, they hightail it to the art room, knowing Mama cannot hide in the BAH!
And so I usually end up giving them some kind of project to work on while I do nothing but serve them!!
Oh, and I don't think I've shown you the toddler-sized Snuggies that Mrs. Donna (their daycare teacher) gave them for Christmas. They're even monogrammed!
And one more of my pretty girl!
A
Another day, another mandatory stamp drawer organization! She is really so proud of her skillz in this area!
And I've only had to throw away about 5-6 due to the stamps "mysteriously" falling off the wood blocks. Do I look like I was born yesterday?! Ellie would say so!

First - got my package in the mail and I love it! I love how it is simple, but has so much meaning. Doing a good job "focusing" this year.

Second - it is personal goal to attend one of your retreats - a vacation for myself from Minnesota. Would love details of your retreats - don't know if March will work, but I do want to attend one:)

I read every word! I look forward to my "Mo fix" every morning. Would love to come to a retreat...but have two teenagers and one going to college next year. So it will be a couple of years before I could attend.

Okay I LOVE reading your posts! It always seems to either lift my spirits or give me a good laugh! You have a way with words my friend! And I would LOVE to come to a retreat!

I wish I lived near you to attend the art workshop!! Even if I didn't participate, just to be there would be a THRILL!

Stacy&Emily shouldn't be proud of informing you that they don't read the words. My mom told me certain things you keep to yourself out of politeness. Since they don't read it and WE do.....why don't you share some embarrassing things about them. See how long that takes them to start reading!

I read every word - I am not sure I will be able to attend an art weekend but just know that I would love to if I could and will be there in spirit and will be reading every word about the weekends and hopefully learning from them also.

Love this pictures from your art room. Someday I'm going to have a room like that. I love doing projects with Johnathan and I can see a day in the near future of both my boys helping me create. So looking forward to that.
I'm glad you can relish your girls and their outstanding art projects. Relish in that time spent with them even if it means an 'occasional' stamp drawer organizing.

OMG! I am so jealous of 1) your art room, mine is being converted to a nursery right now until the basement is finished and I can create a new safe haven, and 2) of your first retreat. The ideas for the first projects sounds great. Your girlies make the room though. So much love and creativity in one place. Enjoy!

I read the words!! Can you come to the retreat if you have no creativity? I would love to come! I love all the fabric!!

I did read this one, Thank You very much; however, doesn't do me any good because you've already witnessed my artistic talent ;). If you do one for kids though let me know Stormie loves it and she has my grandpa's talent!
