And the winner is....

JULI!!

Pam got disqualified! She did not read my blog and answer in a timely manner.
I do not have my computer with all my pics on it, because Daddy took that computer with him on his trip. I intend to load a few up tomorrow at work.
ZHOHN got 10 answers right. Juli got 13 right. Sharon got 18 right, but she also went to high school with us and didn't participate in round 1! Connie, you were right there with 11. And Jenn Waldroup, you also got 13.

No pics, but let me elaborate...
Tashia is the reader. She and her sister, Tami, were at Disney World when Michael Jackson was there and saw him coming out of the hotel lobby. She is a CPA, so she has to keep her nails short for her adding machine. As do I, because I give massages and deal with folks' joints/ bodies. Tashia has a teenager drama queen, Paula has a pre teen drama queen and I am right here with the toddler diva! None of us have ever had plastic surgery. Funniest story ever, but will have to be another day, is when her husband was "abducted" and her son "saw" it and they all jumped in a car, and weaving in and out of traffic, on the phone with 911 and all in pursuit of the perps.... HEE larious! Tashia has never smoked a cigarette nor drank a beer. Is that insane or what?! I couldn't believe that and went right about trying to corrupt her into taking a sip of beer. She said she made it to 40 and doesn't intend to mess up her run now! She married her boyfriend who she went with to junior AND senior prom (Paula did too!) I met Todd in college... at the HonkyTonk.... but that is also for another day. All three of us wore tube socks as cheerleaders in elementary school. Tashia is a lover of old school music, including "cold as Ice" and is the clean freak. SHe has Germ Ex wipes at the ready at all times. She is our friend who has a really oddly large collection of DVD's, typically only the ones that include dancing. FOotloose, DIrty Dancing, Bring it On,... you get the picture. But she also had Dear John with her on the trip! She was the one who discussed kegels in the ocean too... upon my teaching them pelvic floor control like I teach my incontinent patients... also for another day!

Paula is also an accountant, but more importantly, she is the one with the creative senior portraits. She wore both the doily on her sweater AND the four rings on one hand. Classic! She and her brother, Reg, (the one I used to sneak up to see when I spent the night with her... sorry, DEE (Paula's mom)) were told not to go past the edge of the pier at the beach. As htey floated out cattycorner, they apparently didn't realize they were out 2 1/2 miles and had to be rescued. Paula said her mom (DEE!) had fever blisters from stress all over her mouth for 6 weeks! Although her mom may have the herpes virus in her mouth, Paula apparently has the stomach issues. She is the one who packed Milk of Mag, had to poopoo, and takes probiotics for her stomach irritation. She also gets fired up about three in one laundry detergent! She is the only one who has a SENIOR for a kid and he adn our beloved Rebels won the state championship, and he has a ring to prove it. Paula used a Pampered Chef spoon to threaten her kids and said all she had to do was whip that sucker out and they toed the line! She also cannot read vodka labels without her glasses! Just sayin'!

I am the one who was the dancer. I was on a college danceteam who was asked to represent the US in France when I was a freshman. We also wore velvet capes and tall zip up boots, because we were primarily a high kick team. Before that, I could do a back walkover right into the splits. Paula was the one round-offing her way onto the gym floor. I also played a LOT of softball! I played organized league ball til I was 18. That summer we won the World Series in South Carolina. So, naturally, that is where we took our vacation that year! Although, I am now an "orange" personality, being more willy nilly and "free", I used to be very "gold" and organized and all teacher's pet-ty! I participated in and typically placed in the social studies and science fairs every year. I also preferred dating the cowboys in school! Surprise! And married a prep! Paula and I are KD's and we also both wore braces, mine being on for THREE years! As we were leaving the condo one evening, a family was hugging the security guard, and we had to wait a second for him to get out of our way so we could get out of the exit gate. As he moved, he was shocked when I jumped right out of the car and went over to hug him too. I told him what a NICE service it was to hug the guests as they left. He was stunned. And I was so satisfied! Also satisfying... wearing my matching flip flops and necklace and calling THAT dressed up.

Did I cover it all? Just about ? Do you feel you know more about us now? Tashia is our travel guide... organized and keeps us all on task. Paula is our "mother hen", who always has the perfect medicine packed for any rash, pain or itch that may creep up. I am the willy nilly who is usually packing the surprise. The unexpected! We make a good travelling team, and I am up for it again if they are!

So.... JULI, tell me a little about your size. Average neck? 16" chain? I also need your address to send you your beauty. Email me... mgroves11@comcast.net

Thanks for playing! Mo

Since I didn't "know" you back in the day, this was fun to read about all you girls' antics!
We should all cherish our groups of longtime friends as much as y'all do!
Thanks for sharing this...
