P-P-P- Poker Face!

Remember this picture. I will tell you more about this in a bit.

Crazy kid!

Ok, I am not sure what it is about Ellie, but her biggest fans are usually Todd's friends. They just think she is a hoot. She is totally uninhibited, and besides having no volume control, she also has no filter. The things that fly out of her mouth are, at best, surprising!

Enter Shad.

Shad was the next willing participant in one of Ellie's crazy schemes.

This is actually a game Staci had for the kids at the Easter party.

Ellie thought, with all the kids gone and all, she would find her a new playmate.

His name is Shad, and he is Rylan, Logan, and Nate's dad.

Ellie had him in stitches. She thoroughly enjoyed dressing Shad up in this funny bunny hat.

He should be at our house sometimes. I took some priceless ponytail and bow pictures with Ellie dolling up her daddy this week.

Shad was actually over because the boys of the group were supposed to have a card game kicking up when the sun went down.

As he sat with his new decoration atop his head, he said, "you know, if I put on my shades...

I think it could be a good poker face."

I am not so sure, Shad, but I do appreciate your participation.

And now the rest of the story...

Despite all the other kids wearing this HAT on their HEADS, Ellie wore it around her neck and discovered that the ears fell in a most peculiar spot....
She proudly announced , "Mom, these are kinda like boobies."

I am so proud.

Oh Mo ~ How funny!!!!That girl is a TRIP! There is no doubt that she will be the one to keep you & Todd on your toes (for a L-O-N-G time.) I'm so glad that you are capturing those precious things that come out of their mouths, because we do forget with time. I should have written down all the hysterical things my girls said over the years.....oh well, at least I know what to do when I have grandkids! Have a happy Wednesday, Diana from Colorado

Oh, Ellie...you always make my day! This cracks me up!

So, Mo...how's it going at your house now, without the bottles? Just wondering how everything went when the Easter Bunny took them away.
