Our "SPECIAL FAMILY" of FOUR!!

Ok, so you KNEW it was coming....Gabbi's special adoption day.

Ellie, naturally, needed a little prep!
She takes her accessorizing and make up very seriously!
But WAIT! It's GABBI's day after all!
So glad she has Ellie Sue to supervise such events!
Hey there Daddy-o!
Nana and Pops also both took off to be there with us for this monumentous occasion.
ANd have I mentioned the GASH Gabbi Girl got this week when we were at Sears?! She was running and looked back to see if I was chasing her. When she turned back around she ran slam into a display case dealy with the prongs sticking straight out. It was pretty bad! I am praying there will be no scar. And THANKFUL that it wasn't 1/2" higher and probably have blinded her in her left eye!
So, this is what all the fuss is about. Meeting with the judge. She is the same judge who signed Ellie's new birth certificate and made her legally a Groves.
She is the PERFECT person for this job. Very patient and unassuming.
She let those varmints crawl all over her, go through her desk drawer, and even gave them each their own legal pad to draw all over.

ANd with that signature right there....
Here we are... the family of FOUR! All legit and all!
I LOVE this picture! May be my fave! Gabbi has those reading glasses on which she pilfered through and found in the top desk drawer. And then, those little hands all clasped as if to say, "And like that... we are done!" .
One more for posterity.
And now may I please have the grandparents in? Hello? Hello? DeeDee and Granddad... we would love to have you here with us. (They're coming to visit in a month) And wouldn't you know we would have this special day on the 14th!? DeeDee's birthday is the 13th and Granddad's is the 15th. Couldn't have been on one of those days? noooooo!!! Dang... that would have been a cool present!
Keep smiling peeps. And far right, in front of Todd the Bod, that is Terri, the attorney who dotted all the "i's" and crossed all the "t's"!
And then Judge Marchman got her a little bit more lovin before she let us go.
Even a little head sugar. Gotta admit, that is a little unorthodox for a judge... .and JUST the way we like it!
Yo, Gabbi Girl. I think she may be needing those glasses now. We gotta get outty!
Oh yeah... one of my good friends, who coincidenatlly, had a similar whole buncha infertility treatment, blah, blah, blah... happened to be sharing their special day with their "special family" on the same day as us. Happy Adoption Day, Kim and Marty!!
And with that, the Groves Crew descended the steps of the courthouse.
All 95 of us!
Gabbi Girl is a Groves, all the way down to the fresh ink on the birth certificate! We couldn't ask for a more precious little girl!
Only one thing could be better....
if we HAPPENED to run into Miss Jean when we were going to our car!!!
WHAT a SPECIAL DAY!!

Mo

Now, for that cut and potential scar. Go to The Hall's closet near your BAH and get some Tate's Miracle Conditioner. It is AMAZING For LOTS of things and scars is one of them!!! It is all natural.

Congratulations to the Groves!! I cannot tell you how much happiness these photos bring me! What a perfect little family! With you guys for parents and Ellie for a big sister she is one lucky girl! Not to mention all those super grandparents!

Our grandson's pediatrician recommended kid's Mederma Cream For Scars for a similar injury and it worked great! It also has sunscreen which is important so the delicate new skin doesn't take up more sun and have a pigment change.

Much love to you guys!
